Across recent reviews, the themes customers raise most often are staff who stay polite, professional and reassuring during what is a stressful situation, and how quickly a technician arrives and gets the vehicle back on the road in Sighthill Edinburgh. The most common criticism is price. Some customers have felt the cost of an emergency drain was steep for a job that takes under two hours, and that is fair comment on an emergency call-out. It is why the misfuel call-out fee now starts at just £89 and why the full figure is quoted on the phone before a technician sets off — so nothing about the cost is a surprise at the roadside. ## Common questions **Where does the fuel go?** To licensed processing and recycling. It is never poured away or burned. **How much can you take?** From a few drums up to a full commercial tank. Larger jobs are surveyed and scheduled. **Is old heating oil still usable?** Sometimes, if it is clean. If it has water or sludge in it, collection and disposal is the safer option. **Do I get a waste transfer note for fuel collection?** Yes, at every collection. It documents your duty of care for the fuel. **Do I need to be there?** Only if the tank is not accessible without you. Otherwise, access instructions are enough. **How is fuel collection priced in Sighthill Edinburgh?** Per litre or per job, depending on volume and access. You get the figure on 01295 380724 before booking. ### Who you are dealing with Wrong Fuel Drain is a brand of [Fuel Fixer Ltd](https://www.fuelfixer.co.uk/) (company number 08520551), a company of Fuel Fixer International, the multinational group behind this website.
