Across recent reviews, the themes customers raise most often are staff who stay polite, professional and reassuring during what is a stressful situation, and how quickly a technician arrives and gets the vehicle back on the road in Rishton Blackburn. The most common criticism is price. Some customers have felt the cost of an emergency drain was steep for a job that takes under two hours, and that is fair comment on an emergency call-out. It is why the misfuel call-out fee now starts at just £89 and why the full figure is quoted on the phone before a technician sets off — so nothing about the cost is a surprise at the roadside. ## Common questions **Where does the fuel go?** To licensed processing and recycling. It is never poured away or burned. **Do you collect from farms and yards around Rishton Blackburn?** Yes, as well as homes, depots, marinas and commercial sites. **Do I need to be there?** Only if the tank is not accessible without you. Otherwise, access instructions are enough. **How much can you take?** From a few drums up to a full commercial tank.
