Across recent reviews, the themes customers raise most often are staff who stay polite, professional and reassuring during what is a stressful situation, and how quickly a technician arrives and gets the vehicle back on the road in Rosslare. The most common criticism is price. Some customers have felt the cost of an emergency drain was steep for a job that takes under two hours, and that is fair comment on an emergency call-out. It is why the misfuel call-out fee is set by the local drainer in Ireland and why the full figure is quoted on the phone before a technician sets off — so nothing about the cost is a surprise at the roadside. ## Common questions **Is old heating oil still usable?** Sometimes, if it is clean. If it has water or sludge in it, collection and disposal is the safer option. **How is kerosene disposal priced in Rosslare?** Per litre or per job, depending on volume and access. You get the figure on 01295 380724 before booking. **Do I get a waste transfer note for kerosene disposal?** Yes, at every collection. It documents your duty of care for the fuel. **Where does the fuel go?** To licensed processing and recycling. It is never poured away or burned. **How much can you take?** From a few drums up to a full commercial tank. Larger jobs are surveyed and scheduled. **Can you take sludge from the bottom of the tank?** Yes. Residue and sludge are removed along with the fuel, and the tank is checked. ### Who you are dealing with Wrong Fuel Drain is a brand of [Fuel Fixer Ltd](https://www.fuelfixer.co.uk/) (company number 08520551), a company of Fuel Fixer International, the multinational group behind this website.
