Wrong fuel rescue in Rathkeale is handled by a local drainer we work with in Ireland — call 01295 380724 and we hand you over with the details. One phone call gets a drainer to the vehicle; they drain it, flush it, refuel it and leave, without a tow truck or a garage. Pricing is the local operator's, agreed with you first. [Call 01295 380724 — 24/7, nationwide](tel:+441295380724) ### How Ireland works Wrong Fuel Drain operates its own mobile technicians across the UK. In Ireland we do not run our own vans — we work with local fuel drainers and connect you to one covering Rathkeale. Call 01295 380724 and we will pass you straight to a drainer in your area with the details of the vehicle and the fuels involved, so you are not repeating the story twice. Pricing and attendance times are set by the local operator, not by us, so ask them to confirm both before they travel. ## The short version: wrong fuel rescue in Rathkeale Town | Rathkeale | Area | County Limerick | Job | Wrong fuel rescue | Price | Set by the local drainer, agreed before travel | Time on site | 45–90 minutes | Who attends | An independent local drainer | Phone | 01295 380724, 24 hours | ## What the drainer does when they reach you in Rathkeale On a forecourt the drainer will usually move the vehicle off the pump lane first, by hand, with the engine off. Then it is drain, flush, refuel and start. At home or at work they can do the whole thing on the drive or in the car park without moving it at all. ## Questions worth asking before you book a drain in Rathkeale None of these are awkward questions. Any drainer worth calling will answer them before setting off. - Do you take card payment at the roadside? - Is the vehicle over 3.5 tonnes, and does that change the price? - What is the total, not just the call-out, if it is a straight drain? - How long until you reach me in Rathkeale? - Do you bring clean fuel, and is it included? ## What to do right now - Keep the engine off and put the keys somewhere you will not absent-mindedly use them. - Move the car only by pushing, with help, and only if it is blocking a pump. - Phone 01295 380724 and describe what happened. - Confirm the quote — call-out from £89 — and the arrival window. - The drainer empties the tank into a sealed container and flushes through. - After a refuel and a test run, the waste fuel leaves with the drainer for licensed disposal. Across recent reviews, the themes customers raise most often are staff who stay polite, professional and reassuring during what is a stressful situation, and how quickly a technician arrives and gets the vehicle back on the road in Rathkeale. The most common criticism is price. Some customers have felt the cost of an emergency drain was steep for a job that takes under two hours, and that is fair comment on an emergency call-out. It is why the misfuel call-out fee is set by the local drainer in Ireland and why the full figure is quoted on the phone before a technician sets off — so nothing about the cost is a surprise at the roadside. ## Common questions **Do I need to move the car off the forecourt?** Only if it is blocking a pump. Push it into a bay with help and the engine off; the drainer can work there. **What if I have already driven home?** Leave it on the drive with the engine off and call 01295 380724. The drainer can do the whole job at your house. **Do I need to stay with the car?** Ideally yes, so the drainer can confirm what happened and hand the keys back. If not, agree access on the phone. **Can I pay by card?** Yes. Card payment is taken on site once the job is done. **Can you drain a van or a lorry?** Vans, yes, routinely. Vehicles over 3.5 tonnes are quoted separately because of the volume involved. **Does insurance cover wrong fuel rescue?** Many policies exclude misfuelling. Some breakdown cover and optional add-ons include it. Check your policy wording before assuming either way. ### Who you are dealing with Wrong Fuel Drain is a brand of [Fuel Fixer Ltd](https://www.fuelfixer.co.uk/) (company number 08520551), a company of Fuel Fixer International, the multinational group behind this website.
